Pineapple Upside Down Cake On Philkraft Double Sided Pressure Pan

Hello everyone!

This recipe was shown to us by the sales agents who were selling the Philkraft Double Sided Pressure Pan. We are located here in the Philippines, so please just excuse the brand names being used. You can of course use other brands available in your place. You can also modify this recipe because this isn't sweet, just right. For me, I wanted cakes and other pastries sweeter so am adding more milk on mine! haha :) Also, you can turn this into FRUIT UPSIDE DOWN CAKE if instead of Pineapple, you use fruit cocktails (drained).

Ingredients:
1 big box

of Maya Hotcake Mix (fluffy)
1 small can Alpine Evap
2 Eggs
/> ¼ melted anchor butter
6 pcs sliced pineapple
4 tablespoon washed sugar
¼ anchor butter
1 cup syrup of sliced pineapple
½ cup water

Procedure:
1. Mix the eggs, milk, syrup, hotcake mix, melted butter and water. Mix it well in one stroke only.
2. Preheat the Pressure Pan for 2 minutes each side.
3. Melt the washed sugar until it’s caramelized along with the ¼ anchor butter.
4. Put the sliced pineapple
5. Pour the mixture in the lower pan (deep) and cover it. Cook it 5 minutes.
6. COOK IT IN MEDIUM FIRE.

Yummy =')
