Necrophilia (attraction To A Dead Body) Is Said To Be Illegal. Anybody Knows If It Has Been Legal Before?

I've come up to this question last February when a tragic news broke up. It was a boyfriend granting the wish of his girlfriend-who expressed being a Necrophilic few years ago.

The girlfriend was Alisa Massaro, 18 years old and her boyfriend is Joshua Miner and 24 years old. They were in a long-term relationship and Joshua said Alisa mentioned to her before of wanting to make love with a dead body.

So one night, Joshua invited a guy friend Adam Landerman and this guy invited another girl friend Bethany McKee who is only 18 years old. Adam promised Bethany for sexual pleasure if she

joins them.

It was Joshua who invited 2 black men into the house and Adam became his follower. They killed  Mr Glover and Mr Rankins at the Massaro residence. Though the news said that Alisa DID NOT make love with the dead bodies, Joshua invited Alisa that they would make love on top of the two dead bodies. Bethany even said that Adam could have joined the couple.

They had plans of disposing the bodies. Whether to burn it on a car but sure would be noticeable in the public. After 2 days that the 2 men can't be found, some people were able to give information of who were with them the last time they were seen. After the searched, they were found at the Massaro residence.

It was indeed a terifying incident as what the policemen said. It was the "most" as they

describe it. The families of the 2 black men were brokenhearted, claiming the incident as a very evil one.

So, that made me browsed about this Necrophilia because I saw in one article that says, "it's illegal for some countries". It made me think, "What do you mean? Was it even legal before or to some countries?" That was very strange.

To summarize what I've read on Wikipedia, in Egypt a new law was supposed to be discussed. It's the goodbye intercourse or farewell intercourse, allowing a man to make love up to 6 hours after the wife's death but it's considered to be a hoax.  In New Zealand, since 1961 it is a misconduct to human remains. There's also a Penal Code for this on India, and other acts entitled Trespassing on burial places. In South Africa it has been prohibited since 2007. In United Kingdom it's been made illegal since the Sexual Offences Act 2003. While in United States, every state has their own law for this.

The line "it is illegal for some countries" makes me think- is there a country that has this act legal? No offense meant to everyone, this is insight is just out of my curiousity.
